The secrets to using wild fermentation

You can go to the store and buy probiotics. May be a tablet has 1 billion probiotic cultures, but did you know that you can grow your own probiotic cultures? Yes, you can grow your own probiotics. One serving of fermented veggies equals 10 trillion probiotic cultures.

Maybe you enjoy probiotic drinks. All you need is a Kombucha scoby mother or grow your own. A ginger bug which you can make quite easily which will make homemade ginger ale, root beer and other healthy soft drinks. Make your own yogurt at home and that liquid that forms on the top of your yogurt… That is whey. Whey is a probiotic culture that can help you make condiments like katchup.

Do you like bread? You can make your own sourdough bread by making your own cultures at home.

All of the probiotic cultures you need are floating around in front of your face. All they need is a home.

This blog is to help show how to start, feed and grow your own cultures. With these different cultures, I will show you how to live on food that is full of probiotics and digestive enzymes. Another words, get you healthy from the inside out.

I am going to show you how to grow your own Kombucha Scoby Mother.

This is Black tea, sugar and filtered water. What you see on the top is three days worth of Kombucha scoby growth.

This is yogurt, made in my kitchen.

Fermented veggies made with sea salt and filtered water. Like I said before, one serving of any of these has 10 trillion probiotic cultures.

A ginger bug probiotic culture made with, sugar and chopped ginger root. With this, you can make delicious ginger ale and amazing root beer.

Organic coconut water probiotics.

Any veggie, fruit, meat and or fish can be fermented to create foods high in probiotics, digestive enzymes and vitamins.

These blogs will show you how to start and feed your probiotic cultures from start to finish.
